Someday I'll be among the stars

I sat outside tonight smoking a cigerette thinking how tired i am from school and work. Knowing that I still have to go and read 2 chapter of A&P and study. I was feeling lost. I felt the confidence of doing just fine in school starting to leak out of me already; just after two days.
I looked into the sky as I always do. I always wonder if space could make a person emotionally weightless too. And then I seen it. A shooting star, just before it disappeared behind the trees. Closing my eyes and making my wish. Somehow I felt better.
